A certified safety instructor will be at the church to provide 3 hours of training training on first aid, CPR and the use of an AED machine. This training is mandatory for all children's workers, youth workers, deacons and members of the Safety team. The church will cover the cost of the training for the above-mentioned individuals of Alaska Baptist. Others from the church and from the community who desire to be trained (or renew their CPR/AED certification) are welcome to also attend. Each attendee will receive an American Heart Association certificate confirming that they are CPR/AED trained/certified at the end of the class (2 year certification card). Coffee, water and snacks for intermission will be provided.
