Michael L. Myers
Senior Pastor
Pastor Mike grew up in Iowa and believed in the Lord Jesus Christ at the age of 7. In the winter of 2023, God called Mike to Alaska Baptist Church to serve as Senior Pastor. He is passionate about preaching and teaching God’s Word, and helping people grow and change into the image of Christ. Pastor Mike is a graduate of Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, IA and has a M.Min degree from Bible Baptist Seminary in Clarks Summit, PA. He is also a certified Biblical counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). He enjoys playing golf, cycling, cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and Michigan Wolverines, and he is a coffee enthusiast. Mike and his wife, Kristen, have been married since June of 1999, and they are blessed with two children.

Mike Beaulieu
Director of Student Ministries
Mike Beaulieu has the privilege of serving the Lord as our part time Director of Student Ministries. He has served as Director of Student Ministries for 4 years and then served as a teacher for the Young Adults class before returning to Student Ministries in 2022. He is married to his wife, Amy, and they have 5 kids.

Jerry Steeby
Director of Music Ministry
Jerry began attending Alaska Baptist Church in 2006 and has been in the choir and Praise Team since then. He began directing the music in 2020. After graduating from Caledonia High School, Jerry attended Grand Rapids Junior College and Michigan State University- and he graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors degree in Music Education. He has worked at the Autocam Corporation in Shipping and Production Control since 1993.
