A CHURCH MINISTRIES CONFERENCE is being held on Friday Evening (6pm-9:30pm) and most of Saturday (8:30am-4pm). The conference is geared for General Association of Regular Baptist Churches in the West Michigan area. With numerous topics of Workshops and Breakout Sessions, the conference will provide a great opportunity for church volunteers - who serve in just about every area of a church's ministry - to learn and grow in their effectiveness. The specific schedule is as follows: FRIDAY, MARCH 7 6:00pm - 7:00pm Registration 7:00pm - 8:15pm General Session 8:15pm - 8:40pm Exhibits 8:40pm - 9:30pm Workshop #1 SATURDAY, MARCH 8 8:30pm - 9:20am Workshop #2 9:20am - 10:00am Break/Exhibits 10:00am - 11:15am General Session 11:15am - 12:20pm Lunch/Exhibits 12:20pm - 1:10pm Workshop #3 1:10pm - 1:40pm Break/Exhibits 1:40pm - 2:30pm Workshop #4 2:30pm - 2:50pm Break/Exhibits 2:50pm - 4:00pm General Session There will be a signup sheet at the Welcome Center to indicate if you are interested in attending. ALL THOSE WHO SIGNUP BEFORE FEBRUARY 24 WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND FOR NO COST Alaska Baptist will cover the cost for any church volunteers/members who wish to attend the conference Friday evening, Saturday, or both.
