The 2026 Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Alaska Baptist Church will be June 15 thru June 19 from 6pm - 8:30pm each evening. It is a great opportunity for kids on summer break to receive some Bible teaching along with enjoying plenty of games and fun activities with other kids their age. This year's theme: LOUISIANA BONES and the Key to Eternal Life! Join us for an exciting adventure with our main character, Louisiana Bones, and his quest to find the Garden of Eden. Every year, the children attending VBS have a (boys vs. girls) fundraising challenge. This year, funds will be collected to help support Bibles International provide a Bible in the Sara Kaba Naa language (Chad, Africa). Monday (6/15) night is Nickel Night! Bring your nickels and drop them into your team's bucket to help secure the win! Of course, VBS is free and is open to all children ages 4 - 12. The Bibles International fundraiser that'll occur is completely optional. Daily activities include crafts, games, stories, snacks and prizes.
