This will be a special Sunday morning at Alaska Baptist Church. At the morning worship service, we will have both ordinances of the Christian faith (baptism, communion). The sermon will be presented by a guest missionary speaker. Ben Stilwell (Baptist Mid-Missions, Peru) will bring the morning message- as he, his wife Jennifer, and their children will be with us this day. After the worship service during the Sunday School hour, we will hear from the Stilwell's regarding their support status (i.e., almost complete) and what the Lord has been doing in their lives. After the Sunday School hour, we will go downstairs for a potluck luncheon in Fellowship Hall for additional time with the Stilwell's and for more church family fellowship.
