Immediately after the Sunday, July 24th church service, there'll be an all church summer picnic. We will meet at Murphy's Point Shelter in the Yankee Springs State Recreation Area- which has been reserved for the big event (as you approach the Recreation Area, signs will be posted with parking instructions). Families should bring lawn chairs, games, swimsuits & towels. The church will provide lunch for all. The picnic will provide an excellent opportunity for fun & fellowship among the Alaska Baptist family. Oh.. and there will be a baptism service at the event immediately after lunch, with the lake conveniently nearby.
